Rates from $1,400/night with extended stay discounts available. Enjoy special weekly rates starting at $1,260/night for stays of 7+ nights. Holiday season (Dec 26 – Jan 5) premium rates apply. Minimum 3-night stay required for most dates.

How many guests can The Palm House accommodate?
What's included in the rental price?
Your rate includes villa accommodations, daily housekeeping, butler, villa manager assistance, security, and groundskeeper services. All prices are in USD and include 5% service charge and 10% government tax.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a minimum $1,000 USD deposit is required upon check-in as security against any damages. This can be provided in IDR based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
What's the payment schedule?
We require 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property.
